First off I stored my engine on the wrong side. I then tried to start the engine but the pull cord would not pull. I then manually moved the flywheel around to see if that was the problem (hopefully I didn't blow a seal?). I then drained the oil, pulled the cord several time to get the oil out of the cylinders, put new oil and plugs in. Tried to restart. Will not start. Not even close. I have fuel hooked up, choked, etc..I repulled the plugs and there is oil on them. Should I turn my engine on the correct side to get oil to come out the spark plug holes? How about putting gas down the cylinders then trying to start it?

keep flushing, once the oil is flushed from the cyl/intake tract it will run again. yes you can flush it with gas, GASOLINE IS EXTREMLY FLAMMABLE.
if you pull the start cord it comes out the plug holes. make sue the spark part of the ign is disabled.

If you haven't, pull the plugs again. Pull the start cord a lot to expell the oil. Install another set of new plugs. Use the flooded engine procedure when you try to re-start. Good luck.

not knowing the HP or the model number I cannot help with any starting procedures.
some of the smaller 4 strokes have a manual choke other use an auyo enrichment feature. if it has auto enrichment opening the throttle to much will result in a no start condition. once the oil is gone it will run normmaly again. this is one case I would use a bit of ether :) .
