My neutral throttle button that you push in to give the engine gas out of gear broke off and the end is still in the shifter assembly. How do i get it out. I was trying to get the neutral button out and it broke off on the end. Any help would be appreciated.

That makes sense. I wish I could get this one to read 1 volt or less but 12 volts apparently has something wrong or shorted somewhere. I also installed new battery cables from the battery to the motor. No other wires are connected to the battery.
