    Ayuh,..... That's the Theory,..... It falls apart if, or more likely, when, crud in the block blocks the drains,..... At that point, no amount of antifreeze changes the risk of a frozen busted block, as the antifreeze won't displace the water left in the block, by the crud clogged...
