The sonar went blank. I ran troughtrouble shooting with them on the phone for ever. Then they told me to send it in. 40 for testing 440 for a replacement. They send me a newer model brand new. I guess.

No.but changed motors a couple of months ago and did the same thing. I definitely with checking out. Im also running without my hydro foil. I have noticed the propeller throwing water up out of the lake on the right side. i related that to not have the foil installed

Once the pump cylinders are connected at the console. They would be like turning a cup upside down and pushing it into water. The air has no place to go. Are the design to hold air? Like a shock exorber?

I tested the pump with the lines disconnected using a 1/4 valve and gauge on each hose, i could see it moving pressure from one line to the other...

I found the problem, the polymer seal on the plunger is letting fluid through. I stopped testing pressure at 300. That's all my gauge read, I could get more press.
