    East Penn makes tons of batteries with all different brand names. I can go right to the factory and buy blems. They always have a bunch of different name batteries sitting there. Many of the cases are identical. If the serial number has an EP in it. It is an east Penn.

    If you paid for the mooring annually for 13 years using a check or card in your name I think you have a pretty good chance to dispute the removal. If that’s the case might be worth ( dare I say it) to get a lawyer.
