Just did my first outdrive oil change on a 2020 DPS-B1 (Product Number: 22090411).
Everything went well except for the dipstick o-ring. Had a replacement ready to go. Removing the dipstick (first time ever on new engine), and no o-ring to be found.
VP site shows an o-ring.

Pulled in some sand recently for a brief and mild overheat. Towed in, flushed, and no more overheat - normal operating temps.
Soon after noticed the dreaded VP fuel pump whine. Became concerned that some sand still blocking the raw water...
Dropped anchor yesterday alone on the boat - relatively windy day for ATL. Had a snooze and woke unhooked with outdrive in a sand bar. Noooooooooo. Yes. Did my best to lift her out, started engine, and 3m later overheat warning. Noooooooo. Shut her down and ordered a tow.
