    I overheated and seized my Sport Jet 175. Instead of replacing the motor which is now becoming very difficult to find, I am thinking of converting to complete electric. I have a 16 foot Sea Rayder Jet Boat - has anyone made such a conversion? Thanks!

    I will read up on my settings my carbs. I was lied too! I was told those testers were worthless. No matter what, I am going to use an ir thermometer. If some of the cylinders are not firing, that would be an obvious reason the rpms are low.

    I do not believe this is true (minimum of 1,000) This might be true - but this is boat that I have and this is what I am stuck with. I am hoping to get it running so I can take the kiddies out and have some fun.
