    1965 40hp johnson carb problems

    ok..so icleaned my carb again. needle valve was plugged up...now when i prime the bulb fuel comes out of the throat...but fuel is also coming out of a small hole beside the low needle adjustment, is there suposed to be a plug of some sort in there...I cannot find it in the manual or any carb...
