    Bought a semi basket case for my john boat, does anyone have fuel line hose diagram from fuel pump? Looks like water runs thru part to tale tale , but not sure where fuel lines go, the way I thought can get fuel to motor, and check valves can only go one way , so they cant be rev, one one way...

    can get a good deal on a lazer 2 prop , guy said he had it on a 85 305 merc , mine is a alpha gen 2 , will prop work?

    4.3 alpha outdrive alignment

    up and down is great with alignment tool, starboard side drags, in my mind i need to raise port side and lower starboard ? has new gimble bearing and new motor, orignal rear mounts only have 300 hours, also i found use a little bluing helps to see better than grease. :confused:

    got new motor in boat , rebuilding carb used a edelbrock kit and used a 1485 tunning kit, my question is can i add a electric choke to this carb? i changed to vortec heads and got new intake, mercruiser, the old intake had choke stove in intake that operated chock. or go with no choke ,thanks...

    Just Finishing Up My 4.3 Merc, Installing Flywheel Cover, The Newwer Block And Oil Pan Are Differnt Then 95 Do You Still Use The Tin Down Below, Did A Lot Of Searching, Book Shows It But Is A Clymers , Really Dont Trust It Thanks Again Tim

    just got my engine back together , install vortec heads and new intake , will there be any issues with carb as far as running lean ? its a 95 vintage with thunderbolt ignition, also how to time whens theres only one line on dampener ? thanks tim
