The voltage from the stator is very confusing. If I unplug the single green wire and measure the voltage, it's at 25 volts idle, which sounds OK. But if I plug it back and backprobe, its at 10v. The voltage on the two green wires going to the regulator is also 10v when plugged in but 25v when unplugged and tested.
But it gets stranger. If I leave the single green wire connected (the one going to the ECU) and backprobe it while disconnecting the regulator it drops to 3 volts.
If I backprobe the regulator while disconnecting the single green wire its at 15 volts.
Also, the 3 green wires are kind of warm.
