    prop recomendations

    bought a perfect 1981 Glastron SX 190 with a slightly tuned 300hp 350 chevy. the prop is a SS 3 blade "5070 14"x19" the drive is a Alpha 1. The boat is light weight bow rider -total rebuild in 2010- no water soaked foam-and runs good at 50ish mph till 4000rpm WOT. no more. I'm thinkin it...

    running on 7 cyl untill warm

    1996 7.4/bravoIII- carb the boat takes several pumps & starts untill it fires( 3 min). It runs on 7 cyl for 15-20 min :mad:then the 8th cyl fires and does great after that rest of the day.:D any ideas or suggestions appreciated. thx-Joe
