    SX drive water in bellows

    Good Morning, Winterizing the boat I found water in the bellows. Not much, bearing seems ok when I put fresh grease into it. The bolts attaching the outdrive were not tight on the port side. Missing the O-ring on the water inlet. Could not find a leak in the bellows, no adhesive on the back...

    Volvo Penta 3.0L valve cover loose

    Hello, I have a 1997 Volvo Penta 3.0L with a SX drive. The valve cover bolts are loose, not sure if from PO or vibrated loose. Question is Can valve cover bolts vibrate loose? if so should I put some thread locker on the threads? Thanks, Dan

    Using 2 different fabrics for a boat cover

    1997 Harris Royal Heritage 24' with a 13' hardtop. Cover over everything. I am wondering if using a Waterproof fabric on the top of the pontoon hardtop and then using a Water Resistant fabric on the rest would be advantageous. The cover would be on when boat is not in use.
