    Do I need to do timing after stator replacement

    I'm thinking i doing the stator myself - i'm a little overwhelmed. I got the nut loose on flywhell and can get a wheel puller. But I'm wondering will i loose the timing or will it stay the same when I put the flywheel back on ? suggestions ? thanks !
