    Steering for old 14' aluminum boat

    Where can I find a set up for this? I tried the telflex website and couldn't get the info I needed. I have a teleflex single cable set that I was going to use but it wont make the corners tight enough and takes up too much room on the narrow transom. Please give me some ideas. TIA, Steve

    New to me Evinrude Lark

    So I came to the realization that my 12' seaking is to small for 2 large guys fishing with an outboard and fuel. Boats rated capicity is 550lbs. So I purchased a 1957 Crestliner 14' to fix up. Well this boat is rated for upto 35hp so I figured something larger than my 7.5 fleetwin would be nice...

    A couple of safety questions

    I am fixing up a 1957 crestliner. It originally had 3 flotaion tanks. One under each bench seat and one under the bow. The seat tanks are missing. Although I feel they are a good idea, are they required? I have serious doubts that thes factory tanks would keep the boat from going to the bottom...

    new fleetwin question

    All right guys, I took the motor out w/o the pull start, I started it the old fashion way. Motor ran great. Pushed my 12 footer along at 9 mph. High speed needle seemed loose. does this speed seem correct?

    Need a little help with '72 12' seaking

    I have a 1972 12' aluminum seaking It has some slight seepage at some of the seems. Rivets are all tight. Is there a product I can use to seal the seems from the outside?     Need Help with Evinrude Fleetwin 7.5

    I Have a '54 fleetwin 7.5. I decided to inspect the water pump and found the spring on top of the driveshaft to be broken. Anyone have one of these or a part number for it? TIA Steve
