    While drying epoxy, I fitted a couple of implement tanks I’ve had for some time and they fit beautifully ( luck sometimes is a wonderful thing)

    I meant heat shrink tape. Next I cut my bow 3 pieces ( I was lucky and used old as templates ) using 3/4 marine plywood. In and out of boat a couple times to fit it, and put a coat of 2 part epoxy on one side. This is where I realized I hadn’t cut the 3 hatch holes.

    I used a solder iron for the soldering with connectors when possible and shrink wrap I got the dashes and front consoles installed along with front bow brace

    Got the bow frame done and dashes wired Now to install dashes/install console fronts/ install bow frame, before cutting bow seating and laying out bow area

    I believe when I run out of the clarkcraft 2 part epoxy I will switch to the helmsman spar. ( I will have a bit of the bow and the stern area left of wood work.

    Thanks fellas I’ve been working on the front of consoles 2coats of Clarkcraft 2 part epoxy (4 on edges) And I will carpet both sides with Henry’s 663 and stainless staples

    Yes northwestern mn ( getting 6-8 inches white stuff) I have used Henry’s 663 in past but no idea how it will hold up. Ill look into the dap weld wood contact cement i do know that the Henry’s 663 works very well (strong) on carpet to aluminum)

    Windshield and consoles are aligned nicely and secured Cut the fronts of consoles ( had old pattern and it fits nicely) On to putting some 2 part epoxy! What adhesive you all like on carpet to epoxied wood?

    Got the windshield figured out, those 2 pieces don’t attach except for using the same 3 holes on front of console when windshield goes on.     Looks like a bracket gets riveted to console and winshield slides into the bracket groove? If so, any help as to how to get windshield attached to the bracket on bottom
