    1968 Starcraft - Really need expert opinion

    Good Day, I went to take a look today at this boat. It is 16' Starcraft with trailer and a bunch of spare parts (on pictures) owner wants 950 for it.... So question is Should I or should I not? The engine cannot be heard but the owner says it was in the water last week and it ran fine.
