    Water and gear oil in bellows

    I just picked my boat from having it winterized. On the slip it say that the bellows was full of water and gear oil. The mechainic was gone home already and I didn't get to ask what causes this. Any clues? 1988 3.0L/Alpha 1

    Electrical problem driving me Nuts

    I just bought a new prop for my Searay w/3.0l it's a Merc factory 19 pitch. In the hub kit there is a hard plastic hub that slides in the front of the prop. What I am wondering about is which way does the hub slide in? One way slides easily but the metal spilned part one engages about 1 1/2...

    I was given a 1988 Searay Seville w/ a 3.0L by a familly member . I took it out today for the first time and I noticed that the oil pressure gauge is running from 20-45psi.     WHAT'S THE CHARGING VOLTS SUPOSE TO BE?

    I HAVE A 74 JOHNSON 85HP. I WAS GETTING 12.7V AT THE BATTERY, I CHANGED THE VOLTAGE REGULATOR AND NOW I AM GETTING 13.8V. IS THIS ENOUGH VOLTAGE TO KEEP THE BATTERY CHARGED UP.
