    Opinion needed

    The boat dealer call and said my boat was in last week. They shipped it with out the seats. Still waiting for seats. Should I seek some kind on compensation or just forget it? I could be out using it now, not next week.

    I don't believe it

    Boat dealer call yesterday and said my boat was in, great news! Then he goes on to say it came in with out seats, bad news. Why would they ship a new boat with out seats? They said they are on back order. That would like buying a car, and it came with no steering wheel.

    Need some help guys, in the guide it states (*)INCLUDES THE VALUE OF THE OUTBOARD MOTOR AND TRAILER. Is the motor and trailer included in the weight that is stated?

    05 Ford Escape?

    Will I be ok towing with this SUV? It is rated at 3500 lbs. Has a tany cooler and class 3 hitch. The boat I'm getting is under 1000 lbs. The boat is 565 motor is about 150. Plus gas, and battery, fishing stuff. Thanks Don

    On board Battery Charger

    Who makes a good on board charger? Need two bank. By the write ups on Bass pro and Cabelas they don't make very good ones. Minn Kota is the only one I found to had good reviews. Thanks Don

    How do you mount a transducer on a hall? I seen boats with looks like a plastic block mounted on the hall. You don't want to drill holes in the hall, do you?

    warning systems

    I have a new 30hp Merc coming, don't know if it has any kind of warnings on it. Question is, if it does is there any way to make them louder, I am very hard of hearing. If there is a light can you wire one to the dash?

    Automotive oil?

    I ordered a boat and it comes with a Mercury 30hp 4 stroke. The dealer was telling me (he has been a marine mechanic for 30 years) that I can use automotive oil in the motor? Has any one have any thoughts on this?

    Locks for?

    Is it wise to buy locks for the hitch and trailer? New at this and not sure if it is necessary. If you lock them, someone can still take the nut off the ball and still take the boat, unless you weld the nut. Thanks Don

    I am ordering a aluminum boat and was going to wait tell the middle of march. It takes 8 weeks to get it,witch would put me the middle of May. Hopefully the snow will be gone. If I order it now will the crap on the road hurt the aluminum? Nebraska is big on salt! Thanks Don

    Speed of boat?

    I'm looking at a Lund Rebel 1475 SS, what kind of speed can I get out of it with a 30hp Merc? Boat is about 675lb, and motor is about 175lb.

    I'm going to order a new Lund Rebel 1475 in a month. It comes with a 30hp Merc. That's the biggest motor for the boat. The boat weight about 650 lbs and the motor is about 150. How fast do you think this set up well go?

    Hi Guy's new here, Looking at a Tracker V14 or 15 with SC. Any thoughts on them? I need a small boat so I can store it in the back of my garage when not in use. I'm going to use for fishing and a little boat riding. Any problems with them? Thanks Don
