    Fuel Pump issue / question

    If I hooked up the fuel-in and fuel-out hoses backwards on my 60 hp Johnson, primed the bulb real hard on several attempts, would this blow the internals on a new fuel pump ?? ( just removed old VRO )

    Anti-Siphon valve with 6 gal. tanks

    60 hp Johnson fuel filter- Fram auto okay ?

    Is it OK to use a Fram G2 automotve fuel filter ? The size is slightly larger than OMC part, but not much. The inlet/outlet size is correct. I like the transpearancy of the body, easy to get and idea of whether it's still clean.
