    Hope this is the right place to write. I’m having troubles with my 1978 Merc M-800 doesn’t turn over well with plugs in but will turn over good with plugs out. Could this be a stuck in gear issue or am I missing something?

    Ok guys, With my plugs removed this engine turns over not bad but if I put a compression tester on one cylinder, it will hardly turn over! What is going on here?

    yes it has an external pump that mounts on motor bracket, just has a power wire that controls an electric motor that pushes the rams.

    I have an older 1982 Mercury 50 hp engine with a Tollotson carb # 1364-4929. The mount that holds the float pin broke on me and I tried to fix J.B weld but not sure this will work. Any suggestions would be great!
