    Hello all, anyone know if the 470 thermostats are interchangeable? My engine (mcm 470) takes a 76270. I have a new thermostat 99155 it is the newer type, has the spring. I had bought because I thought my engine had a different manifold assembly. THey appear very similar. Both 160 degree. Thanks

    80s Honda 4 stroke

    Hi all. Found a good deal on a 10 hp long shaft 80s Honda 4 stroke that runs good, starts good. Trying to find a backup motor for my 19' boat, and sometimes use for fishing. It's a Honda so I'm guessing these are good engines? I think it's a good deal but I don't know anything about outboards.

    Kicker, long or short shaft

    Hi all. I need a kicker motor for my boat project. 1982 19' glasply cuddy. Has Merc outdrive. Do I want a short shaft or long shaft kicker? I found a good deal on a long shaft but want to make sure that's what I need. I have a basic adjustable kicker bracket that isn't mounted yet. Thanks
