    Today i checked the harness and pin continuity. I unplugged the three connectors of the PCM555 and the 14pin harness going to tvm actuator. I wrote down the continuity of every pin from TVM going to PCM from starboard engine which's the actuator is functional and i made the same to the port...

    My mechanic just told me that has access to all service manual, so this seems to be solved. My last attempt is to check if the 5V sender power or ground is interrupted somewhere and fix it. I will keep you informed how is going. You help me very much and thank you all !!!!

    I hope he knows what he is doing......he is mercruiser certified here in Greece and this is all I know.... When he scans the boats ecu's all are green online and have the last update. G3 sais that they have the latest firmware. When he swap the tvm cylinders, he just plugged the port actuator...
