    Confused with decarb instructions

    In TD's directions on decarbing a motor, it says to add 3/4 of seafoam into the fuel tank with 1 gallon of pre-mixed fuel. Is the tank suppose to be empty other than this 1 gallon?     Electric primer solenoid, what's up!

    On my '92 70hp evinrude fuel is squirting out of two tiny holes in the top of the solenoid. I believe that I have something hooked up wrong.     I have a '92 70hp evinrude. No.2 cylinder is 75psi, 1 and 3 are 110. There is some sort of leak between cylinders 2 and 3 which is causing lack of idle and lack of power.
