    Thermostats.. PLEASE help !

    replaced thermostats & pump/impeller ( had a high temp alarm). Ran into some trouble. Hope someone can offer some advice.. I would apprechiate any help... Changed the thermostats & noticed that the old ones were STAINLESS STEEL & the NEW ones are BRASS... I am pretty sure these are ORIGINAL...

    Merc Throttle control

    Can the throttle control be adjusted so WOT is not all the way down, guess I am saying is can "slack be adjusted" so the WOT could be more in the area of 75% down forward instead off all the way level with the deck ? Not sure if Im making any sense... apprecheaite the help...
