    disconnecting oiler

    someone please give me CORRECT procedure for disconnecting oiler on '93 40 H/P Evinrude (E40ELETB). Other than plugging inlet supply does the electrical have to be disconnected?

    nedd help with fuel problem

    1993 40 horsepower WILL NOT run unless ball is pumped up every 5 minues or so (more often if WOT). Ball has been reeplaced and inline filter in engine has been replaced, still doing the same thing.

    fuel problems

    Have a 1993 40 h/p evinrude that comes out of the hole fine and runs fine for 5 minutes or so then starts cutting back. Pump ball back up and all is well for another 5 minutes or so then all over again. Starts and idles with no problems. Any suggestions appreciated.
