    Help with my outboard!

    I don’t smell fuel and I don’t see any leaking out of the motor anywhere. If I recall the arrow is facing the motor. When I push the bulb I see the fuel move up and down in the fuel filter. Maybe the bulb is bad?

    Oh also. Before the motor starts pissing it’s trickling water, exhaust will actually come out of the pee hole. That’s probably not supposed to happen.
