    Craked wire casing in control lever box? Liquid tape?

    I have a 1967 merc control boX, I was disconnecting the contrOl cables for routing when I noticed a wire in the control box where the casing is cracked and the wire is showing. Anyone ever use lliquid tape to do repairs like this?? or heat shrink tape?? Thanks

    1967 Merc 650 Tilt assist shock bushings? Where to find?

    I did a search but nothing showed. I may be calling it the wrong thing. I could use new ones. My motor: 1967 Merc 650 I looking for the rubber bushings on the shocks for the tilt assist. Rubber bushing located at the top and bottom of each shock. Thanks in advance for your responses.

    Repaired aluminum rubrail w/DURA-FIX aluminum brazing rod

    I tried this Dura-Fix rod today and here's the results. Pre fix [/IMG] Brazed on Dura-fix Grind/file/sand to shape. This stuff is hard! [/IMG] Finished Product [/IMG] I'm satisfied only working with it once, its at least better than it was.

    HDPE Transom Plate??
