    should i use Bellows Adhesive on the exhaust bellows or not?

    This is for a 1985 MR outdrive nearly identical to an ahlpa 1 gen 1...only replacing the exhaust bellows... should I use the Bellows Adhesive or not?     am I missing something or did they put the wrong length sending unit in my new tank?
