    mercruiser V8 228p 1978-Lucasoil ?

    I've read at a relative thread that it would be a good idea for my engine to use the lucas oil with stabilizer.May somebody tell me if this is an additional to the normal oil or it's used as it is?Can you give me the exact type of this oil and the quantity i need?Thanks in advance.

    hello everybody i am servicing the lower unit:'( my mercruiser v8 228 model 1978. it' s impossible to find out how to take out the pinion gear at the bottom of the drive saft and pull out the drive saft.i ve already unscrewed the pinion gear's nut but i can't pull the drive saft out.
