    Check Bearings

    Just received 2 new trailer axle hubs from a large supplier on the internet.. Upon inspection I found 3 of the needle bearings one 1 bearing assy to have flat spots on them.. Called the company up they sent me new ones right away. Just thought I would pass this info along

    Poxy top coat

    Ok, I have removed the carpet & cleaned the floor in my 16' newman trihull, and its very solid.. I need to apply poly over the entire floor to help seal it. Anything I need to do next and how well will the poly stick to it..Thanks

    stringer and floor replacement

    Anyone have links to there string and floor replacements? I may be doing my 23' Newman next year and would like to study how its done..About the only place I can see rot is down the center tank area..The side stingers look and sound solid but fore and aft are shot...I may just redo everything...

    fuel line

    Im going to replace the fuel lines in my 1973 23' Newman 165hp mercruiser .This boat has 2 tanks for/aft.. The aft tank has copper going from tank to selector valve, then copper to about a foot from fuel pump then flex hose(looks about 1/2 dia copper).. All the fittings appear to be compression...
