    Any one ever replace a lexan hatch cover?

    I took my old cracked hatch glass (plastic) to the local glass shop and they made me a new one for 100 bucks. When I took the old one out of the frame, it just kind of pushed out. I know you use 3m 4000 adhesive to reinstall, but does it just sit in the frame? I did not have to remove any clips...

    Hoist lift question.....

    Will I have any problem putting a 2950 lb boat on a 3000lb hoist? I have read some post on other sites that suggest the limit of the lift can be exceeded by up to 50% with no problems....do not keep much in the boatso could see with gas may be in the 3200lb range....

    We took the old stickers off today, were on white and red gel coat. Now can still see them due to color fade. I machine buffed it with some Wizard Finish cut, but no real difference.     Alum or SS?

    Have a 21 foot Liberator, 350 has beat up 14 1/2 x 21 pitch alum prop, does 52 MPH at 4700 RPMs. Looking at a 23 pitch alum or 21 pitch SS... Looking for top end speed increase... Do not water ski, pull tubes, just cruise....

    Need some thing to fill holes and drill

    Need to replace my sunpad hinges. Last owner just kept adding screws and it is a mess. All the holes are too big and the cover will not stay put. Is there a product I can fill in the screw holes in the fiberglass and then redrill? Thanks

    Found many 87 cobra drive manuals on ebay for sale, only one 88 at three times the price...can I use the 1987? Have 5.7 gm with cobra outdrive....1988 Even checked the publishers website that I found in this forum, no 1988 manual.... Thanks

    Filling gear lube in OMC Cobra

    Read the post on filling correctly for the cobra. Wanted to check the level on a boat I just bought. Could not get dipstick out, so removed cover.     Liberator owners what prop?

    Bought a 4 winns 201 with 350 Gm/OMC came with 20 pitch SS prop that needs to be straightened and refirbed. Local prop shop said can change pitch up one to 21....anyone have this combo engine with 21? What should I expect for top end? With 19 Alum on boat seller said it will do 55.... Thanks

    What engine do I have?

    Bought new to me 1988 Liberator trying to identify the engine. Owner says its a GM with an OMC outdrive. I know its an OMC outdrive, but is it Ford or GM? On the aircleaner cover if you will, it says OMC King Cobra 350 with a snake head....anyone?:confused:

    Need Advice Fast about winterizing!

    OK guys, I have owned a checkmate with a Merc 4.3 Alpha 1, I have always drained all the water from the block, and manifolds and never had a problem, yes did lower unit service, fog, but just drained the block and manifolds. I keep it in an unheated garage Southern Wisconsin gets to 20-30 below...
