    Will these work to seal my wood transom?

    Merc 9.8 no neutral or reverse

    I am looking at a Merc 9.8 with no neutral or reverse. The guy said he put a new prop on it and the two bolts at the bottom had a pin behind them that he could not line up just right which is why it has the problem. Is this accurate and is it an easy fix?
