    1976 Mercury 85hp power trim

    I have a 1976 Mercury Model 850, 85hp which has power trim, tilt. I am trying to find a trim sender and guage for it, so far without any luck. I believe it is a Type 1 unit as it has 2 cylinders mounted along side the engine mounting brackets. Would greatly appreciate help finding a sending unit...

    Hooked arm trigger merc 850

    I have a 1976 Mercury 850 (85hp) Serial no. 4367785. When checking on a replacement trigger, I am asked which trigger I have, a straight or bent arm. Can anyone out there tell me why there are two different triggers called out for this engine. Thanks much hereto
