    1977 Mercury 850 85 hp

    Hi. I’m wondering if anyone has a repair manual for the 1977 mercury 850 85 hp. I bought this used boat. It turns over with compression and spark. The bottom carb leaks gas pretty bad. I’ve started taking it apart, but I want to make sure I do it as simply as possible. Thanks

    Montgomery ward sea king 7hp impeller

    I replaced the impeller and in my shop I was just getting a mist out of the telltale, even though it was pumping well when I hooked a drill up to the driveshaft. Is a mist correct for this type of motor? When I’m on the water it’s really tough to see what’s coming out if it’s just a mist...
