    OMC Warning Horn

    When I turn on my key the warning horn sounds for about 1/2 second, like normal. Then it starts making a ticking noise like a clock but a lot faster. Does this mean the horn is going out, or the system check isn't working? I really do appreciate the help!

    Is it okay to mix different brands of oil? The guy I bought the boat from used Quicksilver oil. But I am a believer in using the manufactures oil. The tank is half full with Quicksilver, is it okay to top it off with Johnson/Evinrude oil?
