    Ok, I have the shop manual. I have removed the 4 main bolts and the shift linkage is uncoupled. I stil can not remove the lower unit. I think this may be the first time this has been done on this engine. Any suggestions? The shop manual says to use heat on the lower unit or bolts. Won't...

    Masterlock 430 Series (1995 Yamaha 9.9)

    Don't buy this product! After installing it on my 9.9MHXT, 1995, I removed it in about one minute with the lock installed. I bet the engine thieves howl when the see these! Pure Garbage!
