    89' merc 175 fuel pump?

    Sounds like a good place to start, even if it's not your immediate problem, it could lead to an even larger problem if it continues to leak and ignite under the hood. May go boom. I would rebuild pump, kit is about $9.50 then see how it works. good luck.

    Merc flywheel

    I have a 96 model V6 merc, the flywheel has a 3 hole bolt pattern on top (I assume for pulling the flywheel). The holes are approx 1/4" diameter, but a standard bolt does not fit in them. Can someone tell me what thread these are? Are they metric?
