We can use this method
1.Remove the cowling.
2.Tie a knot in the end of a 6 mm (1/4") rope and wedge the knot into the notch on top of the flywheel.
3.Wrap the rope around the flywheel in the correct direction clockwise.
4.Set the choke and throttle...

because when i put in idle the motor dies and is very, very hard to get started
only start with full throtle
sounds like a air leak.

the screws are so tight that it is impossible to remove it i have 3 days trying to remove it I applied w -40, penetrating, blazter and nothing someone had this problem and managed to get out
