    What is the advantages of using 2, 6 volt batteries verses 1 12 volt ,,, the 2 6 volt will be deep cycle ,and the 12 volt would not be , it is a 8d type.......thks

    Mr. DH...Just to follow up on a earlier post, The deal on the rude 140 which was in peices fell thru .....no probs....As now i have a newer 1994 120 johnson at an steal of a deal ....8) .......My question is what is required to bump up this motor to a 140 .or just leave well enough alone ? btw...

Ive checked some of the part numbers and they come up the same ie; the drive shaft ,exhaust housing ,but not the exhaust...
