    This roller is flimsy and impractical

    Do you see that little bow roller between the winch stand and bunks? That is so flimsy that it bent, broke and rattled off. Is there anything better than that? If the flat bottom boat isnt perfectly centered on the bunks then the roller doesnt even touch. Any ideas on how to make this better...

    Winch strap bending crossbolt

    How do install the winch strap? Do I loop the strap over the spool of the winch wheel or do I run the cross bolt through the loop in the strap? Either way the cross bolt ends up bent and ready to give out. These arent my pictures but this is what the bolt looks like.
