    Finally got the console framed, needs bracing at every corner, 40” tall, 38” long, 25” wide…..can’t wait for more progress, one rivet at a time. Conduit next for running wiring ……cheers

    No worries bud, it’s not pressure treated, it’s spruce ply with waterproof glue hence the exterior rating, yes it’s cheaper, but it’s 3/4” and with Resin, (sorry epoxy resin) it solid as a rock. and I used USComposites epoxy resin, 3 coats I don’t need a boat to outlive me And budget is...

    Yes I’ll run pvc to hold all my electrical, majority will be within the Center console, but yes running forward and rear will be conduit/pvc, I can still bend/sneak it in, I’ve tried already. 100% it’s needed.

    It’s cheaper, $13/tube (310ml) I’ll ask the Weicon Monday and cut and paste they’re answer to why use Weicon vs 5200 I’m not saying it’s better...... I’m not 100% on anything. Ha. Cheers

    In case anyone was curious , Weicon 310 is an adhesive and 310 ht200 is actually powder coatable it can withstand 375 degrees without effecting strength. not effected by the sun (uv) and doesn’t deteriorate with aging I sell a ton of it to a mist collector manufacturer and I have another shop...
