    Hard to tell in the photo but maybe at the other end of the exhaust manifold like item number 15. Maybe start the engine really quick and see where water comes out.

    6.2 fuel pressure value needed

    Work on getting the fuel pressure up. Try disconnecting the vacuum line at the fuel regulator with the engine running and see if the pressure moves up almost 5 psi. Sometimes low fuel pressure can make the engine shut off making it seem like the key was turned off at speed.
