    Agree with dubs, when mounting the drive the slide can easily become disengaged with the roller..

    Titan May be the problem, It doesn't seem to have enough length to get 6 inches. Maybe take the lock nut off?

    I was thinking the choke is failing but if it's hard to start when warm that's probably not it unless you're choking when it is warm.. I'm shade tree but more capable folks can help you with this..

    Glad it went well for you. Be mindful of distortion of the hull during the rebuild or you may have problems putting the lid back on the box.
