    eh...I'm retired,...lots of time on hand....it's a good ,spring loaded, forward pressure stapler..... most of the force applied to my bunks is front to back when launching the pontoon...and vice veraa..so the ends are stapled....good.. the sides and then there's...this..

    I just re-did my pontoon trailer bunks using standard 2x6's. The top, sides and ends are covered..the bottoms are bare. I used T50, stainless steel, 3/8 and 5/16 size staples because thats what I had on hand. A hand stapler was followed by a hammer to further seat the staples...... I also did my...

    the right side was more into the sun....the temp. gun's accuracy may be off, I just use it for a reference and to help spot possible issues...it didn't burn my hand but I didn't want to keep my fingers on the hotter ones.... thanks..

    no, I have not repacked them in over 3 years. I've only towed this distance now, and a once a year 200 mile round trip the past 4 years...... they are timken bearings...not chinese... I will repack before next year ... thanks..

    2007 karavan twin axle pontoon trailer. Factory setup for the 24' '07 pontoon boat I've owned for about 4 years now. wheels/tires are the 10", hubs are 7" with electric brakes added last year. Straight spindle, front/ rear bearings are same size (44349's)..... Always maintained, grease always...

    yep...Hustler makes a 4 blade, 14x13....BUT..as I learned, after the fact, it doesn't match a CT's gear case diameter.....live and learn...

    the boat is only rated to 115hp, 4stroke..so thats the biggest I went..it is a CT......The boat is an '07, but with big tubes......it's teenagers I'm pulling and it is more than enough for them.....don't need to spend that money, plus the new motor was $8000 last july.....it sure beats the 60...
