    Buy old unkown parts. Have nice new problems. Been there. Slide your BARE finger into the prop holes from each end. Feel if there is a VERT TINY bump at the edge of either small hole inside of the prop. Cam you see very clearly thru each hole ? No old shear pin parts still in either hole ?

    I give up on a repetitive same exact spot failure. Engines get REPEAT ...HYDRO LOCKS. I was on a cruise. I pulled the plugs and cranked t the engine to blow out water. 3 times on the cruise. No detectable damage to any of the engine parts. Get a different manufacturer !!!

    Actually I drive around in front of the dock to warm it up. Then do a 15 to 30 second WOT. Drop anchor close to the dock. Do a couple of hot restarts. Then go where ever.

    IF you do not TIGHTEN hat flywheel nut to specified FOOT POUNDS ? You will keep tearing the key apart. I tore apart 2 before the parts guys taught me what to do on the 3rd one. Still good after 30 ? years. I borrowed his Torque Wrench set at the correct Foot Pounds.

    THe engine is missfiring when at WOT load. Check if the engine has the CORRECT part number sparkplugs and all are set to they correct spark gap. Do they all look very clean ?

    Puffing steam out vents

    You do realize that SOME head gaskets need to be re-torqued after a few minutes of being heated up fully ? I always did a warmed up check of a couple of bolts. Then did a 1 or 2 minute WOT run and a retorque check. Some needed retightening.

    Well it sure looks like a VERY defective master mold at the manufacturer. He is delighted with the recent demand for those manifolds. Oh well.
