    Looks like raw wood and they only used enough foam to hold them up. I completely sealed my stringers before they went in then put several layers of tabbing,.     No mine was a Michigan Motorz engine. It ate 2 rings immediately on startup. They were very good replacing it.

    And just needing gas to use it is the best. My buddy told me just that. Nothing is worse than payments on something you can't use. AKA winterized. Once your past this the cold and raining like this year is the big drag LOL.

    Get a axle buddy. Bearing buddy whatever your calling them., They keep it greased I heard more than one say they never had a issue using them. I got them on mine. Grease it once a year.

    Just acquired a 170 Horizon. Assembly required.

    Went to east fork lake to check it out today. It has a beach to swim. I am spoiled to the river now. Lakes look so small and confining. I think next weekend is the time. Weather and river will meet for the first time. I am last going out this year. Usually i been out months by now.

    Mercruiser don't do the squirting thing. It comes out 2 holes in the gimble and the prop if you got that boot on.
