    No mine wasnt over bent. The last little bit was when I put it in. Take the wood without the upholstry. and push it in by hand you can tell when it is ready.

    Keep the wood wet and stack weight on it. Takes a few days to a week. Everyday add a little more. It will get crackly sounding when it it time to back off.

    About the same as mine. First pic is so light shows the 2 holes. Tank is in the center square. Second shows the Angles I put in so no water pocketed in skii locker or the tank area. The hole is the low spot no matter how the boat is sitting. 3rd is just you can see the neoprene runners the tank...

    Bilge Pump Design??

    My boat didn't have one and I did not use it when I rebuilt it. If you have a removable tank lid. Water will get in there from the deck, and have no way to get out. Mine drains past under the tank into the bilge.

    Fiberglass over painted deck?

    Your sending a mixed message did you gel coat it or paint. Do not fiberglass over paint. It will pull the paint right up. 80 grit through the paint so the glass can get a goot adhesion to the wood/underlying glass. Which ever it is.

    You have got to do it right. Get the roven. Or 1708 or whatever for the resin you using. Using CSM would take twice as much and cost more anyway.

    I would make the opening lid like a hood. Man I use mine. Open it at the dock. No gas smell is it leaking. All good start it. Get home I pop it open wipe it all out. Check for leaks and oil level.
