    I did exactly that with my LAST ..N O S in boxes this spring. Those 2 items and the thermostat and 1 heat range hotter sparkplug than a standard. Has done wonders. Like a great running new engine. Cost of parts beats a new crummy running engine. :)

    All fairly new motors MUST ? Should have bolting holes for securing motor to the boat. My hand clamps loosen by themselves in a few hours.

    A boat CAN CAN be legally sold as NEW. Even if 5 years old. The number of years old is controlled by state and the manufacturer.
