    What advice on renting a room out?

    We do air bnb and never have had a prob. We don't have guests often so don't make a ton. If going full time rent, references and background check and sign a lease that allows you rights if they are horrible.

    Yeah had a friend that ran a fork at the one here in tn. He said they gave the bad batches to the local pig farmers.

    Last summer, I took a brief job at a plant here in my small town - they make headliner and door panels for several models of Nissan, VW and Toyota. I was in the 'cage' aka the hardware store and had a lot of interactions wiht the maint techs. A few times I walked around with them, pretty cool.

    our 'final' remodel project ont he house is to rejig the master bath and in the process bump into the bedroom with the closet. I'm coming in about ~40" along an 8.5' wall. In order to fit furniture in there we are going to replace the GIANT stuff (with a bench) with some smaller (sort of)...
