    it was a good night. I've gotten to buying the primal cuts and breaking them down to freeze. Meat is soooo much cheaper. I've forgotten how good sirloin is. I cut the tri tip out, some 1" steaks and grind up a bit of burger. Steaks come in @$3.50 lb which is less than half buying precut...
